Would HVAC is in a bakery

My family has run the local bakery for over forty years. My grandmother bought the building in the sixties, and it has been a family occupation for a long time. My grandma still works in the bakery, but she tends to greet more customers lately. My mother has taken responsibility for the cookies and pastries, and my sister likes to handle the business side of things. She has a legion of students she hires to work this register and stock the shelves, and she keeps a strict eye on our budget. I am in charge of making the bread. I also recently convinced my own sister that we needed to purchase a heating and cooling upgrade. Our old furnace and perhaps even older air conditioning system were practically as old as the store itself! She finally relented and we went to visit our local heating and cooling supplier. We asked for their expert opinions when it came to selecting a new heating and cooling system for the little bakery. We ended up ultimately selecting a great new energy efficient furnace together with an amazing air conditioner. The HVAC technician who served us out also convinced us to get a zone controlled heating and cooling system, so that we could go ahead and keep customers comfortable in the main part of the shop while simultaneously keeping the cooling system running in the back where my mother along with I labor over our baked goods. I think that this new HVAC setup would keep us in business for at a minimum forty more years!
