Building a home with new HVAC technology

I can’t wait until my new home is build on my favorite plot of land in my hometown. My parents left me some land on the farm where I grew up and now that I’m moving back to be closer to my siblings, I’m going to build my dream home!  I don’t want a very large home, but I do want all the bells and whistles when it comes to climate control and comfort. I’ve become very sensitive to heat and humidity as I’ve gotten older and I need a well running HVAC system to remove the excess moisture from the air, and cool the air to a comfortable temperature.  When I lived in apartments, I made do with window air conditioning units, but now I’m going to choose the best I can afford. I want to add special allergy-specific air filters because my hay fever is horrible in the springtime, and I’m going to sign up for the HVAC maintenance plan. I do want to be sure my HVAC system is working well for many years, but I don’t want to do the work myself.  That’s best left to the certified HVAC professionals. I’ve decided I want to add radiant heating to my bathrooms and a three season porch, also. I like drinking my coffee on the porch when the sun comes up each morning. The builders say that it will take about a year to finish my home and then I can install my appliances and HVAC system. Until then, I can dream about the perfect heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system while I survive with this window air conditioning unit for one final year.
