I find living in the south to be over the top humid, the north has one on it for not dealing with that fall out. Our highest temperature this summer was usually in the high sixty’s. Honestly, that was for the whole summer season too. But each year it seemed to be a bit warmer than the one prior, just with even more humidity to deal with if you can fathom. I had constantly had a window AC unit to cool my home down more profoundly. One for the main sitting room because you have to be comfortable relaxing, one inthe kitchen with the ovens getting so high to be comfortable and maybe one in the bedroom to sleep. I would have to installed them in early summer season if I were the previous owner as well. I usually waited until it started to get overheated to do anything about it myself. Then it was even harder trying to remedy the problems. It was not a fun job to take on. And then in the fall they would have to be uninstalled and carted down to storage for the winter snow. Just to have the whole thing repeated again the next year when the weather changed. Finally, this past Spring I had a much better plan that maybe every one of us should get central air installed instead. My wife was content with the plan I set up, so every one of us called a local Heating, Ventilation, & A/C business to come out and explain all of our options that we could do. Before every one of us knew it the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C crew come out and started to work fast installing our new central air conditioner unit. Had I known it was so easy, I would have done it sooner! The system included a add on to our original furnace system so that the same air ducts could be used for cool air as well for the warmer air in the Winter season. They also had to install a compressor unit outside the home now, which was used to pull fresh air into the system from outside and cool it before pushing it out all the air vents, a feature my allergies actually enjoyed. On the first honestly moderate humid day after every one of us had the central air installed, I was unquestionably content to know the cool air coming from the air ducts was real and all for us. It was so comfortable in the whole house for the first time in as long as I could remember. The people I was with and I did not have to huddle in the family room or kitchen just to stay cool. Central air was a unquestionably great choice for our home and possibly yours too!
